RENT the slip as well.  This bristol-condition Catalina is currently docked in her well-protected, fixed concrete slip in the highly regarded Windmill Harbour Yacht Basin on Hilton Head Island, SC.  This is a gated community that is also home to the South Carolina Yacht Club.  Windmill Harbour Marina is a locked harbor, meaning that it is only accessible through a 20' X 80' lock.  This allows for a consistent water level and bath-tub calm, protected water at all times within the basin.  The seller will happily consider offers on the boat that include renting slip.  This is a rare opportunity and a great value.

Manufacturer Provided Description

The Catalina 355 features a hull design with a long waterline, moderate beam and freeboard, and a handsome low-profile cabin structure. Everywhere you look on the 355, you'll find features that make sailing for the day or for extended periods a pure pleasure. Precise mainsail control is a snap with a 5' long traveler. Long, inboard genoa tracks accommodate headsails from a powerful 155 percent genoa to a storm jib, allowing a balanced sail plan for all wind conditions. The inboard shrouds and hardware facilitates tighter sheeting angles for upwind performance, and wide, unobstructed weather decks for safety. Some features inspired by her predecessor are an articulating forward berth with innerspring mattress, a dedicated filter locker, large cockpit locker with gull wing hatch and available quad-leaf folding table.

Overview

This aft cockpit sloop is arranged with 2-separate staterooms, a head and shower compartment, a spacious saloon including a convertible U-Shaped dining table, saloon seating that converts to a quarter berth, a navigation station, as well as a fully appointed galley. The interior is well-ventilated and bright with cabin side windows and portholes as well as opening overhead deck hatches. The cabin also boasts heat/air conditioning, teak & holly laminate sole, Corian countertops, and 6'4" of headroom.
