Lark Yacht Description

LARK is a particularly nice example of this popular Grand Banks model. She has been meticulously maintained by her owners and their pride of ownership shows. Her teak decks are in good shape , she has aluminum fuel tanks and her interior wood and soft goods are  in excellent condition. She has a custom Stainless steel and fiberglass hard top. In 1987 Grand Banks increased the length and beam by 6" making for a larger salon and engine room as well as adding a second companionway door on the port side aft of the galley. These  models are sometimes referred to as the "widebody". Anyone considering one of these classics would be remiss to not inspect LARK.




Beautiful teak interior, Starting forward is the V berth  berth with ample storage drawers and hanging locker. Over head hatch and opening ports makes her light and airy, Guest head (head is electric) and shower, Up three steps the salon has 360 degree view, Galley to port, Helm to starboard the door for easy access,Toshiba 24" flat screen TV on dash opposite helm, L shaped salon to starboard aft with fixed table, Aft of galley is a second companionway door, there is a   chair in front of the door for additional seating,  Down three steps is the master with double berth to starboard aft and a single berth to port, Master with numerous drawers and hanging locker, 18" Toshiba Flat Screen TV on Chest of drawers aft. Overhead hatch and opening ports, Companionway aft to starboard over dresser, Master head to starboard  is electric with shower stall  inboard.


Galley Maid 3 burner stove and oven, Grunert cold plate 110 refrigeration front opening, Grunert cold plate 110 freezer cold under seat, Stainless double sinks, Pressure water system, Water heater, U-Line ice maker.
