2011 Beneteau Oceanis 37, Original owner. shallow draft sloop in excellent condition with very low original engine hours (250). The Beneteau Oceanis is easily handled solo or with crew with roller furling mainsail and headsail.The companionway has a built in drop down slide hatch, which eliminates dealing with loose entry boards while underway.
Down the companionway finds the 12 volt head and shower compartment and nav station to starboard and galley to port. The aft sleeping cabin has a generous athwartships berth with sitting headroom at its head. Access to the engine is under the companionway steps,held up by gas struts for easy access and servicing.
