An excellent opportunity to own a well maintained 38’ Cabo Express Sportfisherman! One of the popular brands out there! This express can be used for boating with the family but really shines when it comes to offshore fishing. Especially with all her special features. Introduced in 2008, the Cabo 38 Express was an entirely new hull design for Cabo. With her super-wide 15'1" beam, she has considerably more cockpit, helm deck, and interior space than any other express boat in her class. The wide cockpit with its big 48-gallon transom live-well, outward-opening transom door, insulated fish boxes, and a molded bait prep/ tackle station with freezer and cutting board make her a fisherman's dream.

Cabo uses high-tech laminating processes to ensure tremendous hull and topside strength with highly sophisticated reinforced fiberglass interior modules adding greater resistance to torsion and flexure.
The massive cockpit is a fisherman's dream. There are two large-capacity, insulated fish boxes equipped with macerators and a bait prep center including a sink, rigging board and plenty of tackle and rod storage. An optional 48-gallon bait tank is molded into the transom.
Quality and precision throughout, for example, the flat head screw straight-slotted bolts offset for optimum holding and oriented to the same exact angle. Cabo uses 316 stainless steel hardware that provides higher nickel content resulting in superior corrosion resistance and longer lasting strength, reliability and good looks.
The helm deck provides good visibility in all directions and comfortable seating while at the dock or underway. This boat is air conditioned and provides bench seating for the helmsman and their companion. To starboard the seat conveniently raises for viewing the baits while fishing. An optional ice maker and storage compartment are conveniently located aft of the helm station.
The raised helm console provides outstanding visibility and is well equipped with an array of Navigational electronics.
Below deck the salon and galley provide hand-selected teak wood with its ultra high-density grain and natural oils, which is milled in-house, varnished and then buffed to a satin finish. The optional teak and holly floor provide for a luxurious finished detail. The L-shaped lounge converts to an upper/lower berth arrangement, for additional sleeping accommodations.
The galley features an abundance of storage with undercounter refrigeration, two burner cooktops hidden beneath Corian countertops with molded in sink. Adjacent to the galley is an L-shaped settee with dinette table and wall recessed TV. This L-shaped lounge converts easily to upper and lower sleeping berths.
The forward stateroom features a Queen pedestal V-berth to accommodate two adults, with abundant overhead storage lockers, two hanging lockers and drawer and shelf storage below the bed.
A private head provides easy clean up with a stall shower, solid surface countertops and under mount sink.
Cabo's electrical system is individually built by master electricians and is easy to navigate as it is clearly labeled and backlit. All wires are neatly bundled and follow perfect parallel lines. The electrical panel hinges for ease of accessibility.
Engines/Mechanical:
The entire helm deck electrically and hydraulically raises activated by a switch from the cockpit making the engine room easy to access and maintain. The bilges are finished in bright white gelcoat with ample space for installation of additional equipment. The systems are meticulously organized, grouping major components, for ease of accessibility and maintenance. Fuel lines are fire-retardant, aircraft-grade braided stainless steel and all wiring is tin copper to resist corrosion.
This boat is equipped with a custom Bausch American Full Tower, radar pod, Rupp double spreaders and center rigger.
