Yacht Description

Here you go, the perfect boat to explore the Great Loop, the Bahamas or just cruising the ICW. With only two owners she has been well taken care of. The current owners, whom I know, are experienced cruisers with the mindset of maintenance, maintenance and maintenance. The last thing you want to have happen is to break down on a cruise, so they have maintained her at a high level in order to avoid any issues while cruising. The boat has spent most of her life in freshwater, but is also veteran of the Bahamas. Set up for a couple, she has all the amenities to make cruising comfortable, whether it's a long weekend or live a board it's all here. If you're ready to go, then so is she. Hop onboard!

Beautiful, inviting interior designed with the cruising couple in mind. The forward master cabin is complete with a walk-around island berth and plenty of cedar lined storage both port side and starboard. In addition, there is a large opening hatch over the berth that provides an abundance of fresh air for those warm evenings. There is also private access from the master berth to the starboard side head and stand up shower.

Leaving the master berth the guest quarters are located on the port side and head and shower entrance are on the starboard side. Quest quarters include two twin berths along with a hanging locker and ample storage. For ventilation there's an opening hatch and a port light. Across the hallway you enter the well appointed head with stand up shower. Plenty of counter space is provided along with storage. An opening hatch keeps things ventilated and an electric toilet keeps things simple.

Coming up into the salon you'll find a very roomy sitting area with two reclining chairs facing the flat screen tv. The galley is very well thought out with full size Nova Kool refrigerator, microwave, Princess cooktop with oven, large sink, plenty of Corian countertop space and tons of storage. The lower helm station contains all the major navigation equipment and is located next to the starboard door for easy exiting during dockage.

Moving through the salon and out the large sliding door, you'll find the aft deck and mounted BBQ.
