Freshwater-kept 2000 Carver 404 Cockpit Motor Yacht, owned by the current owner since 2015. Powered by twin MerCruiser 7.4L 310 hp gas engines with approximately 1,100 hours and a Kohler 7.3 kW generator with 293 hours.

Recently surveyed with new hoses and fuel lines completed. The interior features custom real teak and holly flooring, a two-stateroom/two-head layout, full galley and convertible salon. The aft cockpit has a full canvas enclosure, wet bar with sink and ice maker, and access to the bow.
