This 2018 Hoku Marine “Ka’pe’a” was built with serious commercial fishing operations in mind. “Ka’pe’a” is a robust, purpose-driven vessel equipped for offshore success. Outfitted with a power take-off (PTO) hydraulic system, it supports a long-line reel, pinch pullers, and anchor operations with ease. The vessel features a multi-compartment, baffled fish hold capable of storing up to 15,000 pounds of catch. With four fuel tanks providing a combined capacity of approximately 1,000 gallons, "Ka’pe’a" is built for extended trips and remote fishing grounds. Powered by twin Cummins QSB5.9 six-cylinder engines, she has proven capability with numerous successful runs to the seamounts and is fully operational and ready for her next owner. An established business entity holding a DOT Authorization Permit allowing docking, refueling, catch offloading, and access to ice and bait within Honolulu Harbor is also available for purchase at an additional cost. Included in the sale is a custom steel triple-axle trailer, providing flexibility for transport and storage.

This boat may also be available packaged with a Honokohau Charter Corporation, Commercial Use & Mooring Permits for an additional cost.
