The Carolina flare and wide beam of the Luhrs 40 Convertible assures owners of a dry, comfortable, and stable ride in offshore swells or a nasty chop. The command bridge offers plenty of electronics space, lots of seating, and plenty of storage.  She is a beauty. Cruises at 24kts @ 2100 RPMS, tops @ 31kts. Super economical on fuel. Twin Cummins 450, 6CTA-83-M3 Engines.  Interior sleeps 5 people, one sofa 2 bunk beds, 1 queen v-berth bed and a full bathroom with shower accessed en suite or via the hallway. Full kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and Corian countertops, 2 A/C systems, full stereo system in salon with TV, TV also in v-berth. Boat is equipped with Rupp out riggers, live well, prep station, bait freezer, and fish boxes in floor and transom.
