This transaction will require a 2 part closing process.

Part one: The coast guard documented vessel at the cost of $185,000 which includes just the boat and integrated boat equipment as listed herein. Standard marine vessel closing processes/fees apply. (Co-brokers note: this is what the 10% commission is based on ONLY)
Part two: The transfer of LLC business. Cost: $300,000. Terms of this sale will be determined/agreed upon by both buyer and seller. This will require a, mutually agreed upon (between buyer and seller), contract attorney to draw up terms and condition of transfer of ownership of assets and contents of the LLC. Closing fees determined by and paid to said contract attorney separately from vessel closing. Business structure notes: There are currently no payroll employees of the business. Single operator/owner/manager LLC.
