This one-owner turnkey 2006 - 2007 model has had a full-time salaried captain since day one.  Meticulously maintained and used consistently; it is reliable due to a lifetime of care.  Also incredible is the condition of the boat based on the years of memories that have been made on board. The owners fish for fun but are seriously good at it while taking in 25 trophies from local tournaments.  This boat is "set up" for winning.  It touts the larger version Cummins set that Mikelson puts out with the QSC 8.3 450HP's.  No Zeus, no Joystick, she's got split sticks, which is once again - the popular choice.  This keeps her simple, clean, in the water with lower maintenance costs.  It's got dualling bait tanks, and a secondary Nav system by Time Zero.  Above the fly is the factory tuna tower with the third set of steering controls with a 4th in the cockpit.  On deck is an 800 lb dingy crane for the Apex dinghy being pushed around by a practically new 40hp Yamaha outboard. Off the sides are Lee 26’ double spreader outriggers, 12 rocket launcher rod holders off the flybridge, new Eisenglass all around, 2 heads, full galley, sleeps 5 and so much more.

Supersized frig/freezer in the galley with an extra freezer in lower storage, a handy frig in the fly, and a commercial ice machine in the salon. The catch of the day and the drinks will be kept cold! This vessel gives you everything you need to go hang out on a mooring at Catalina for a week, run out for a fun casual day on the water, or head to Santa Barbara for a get-a-way of hiking and wine tasting. But when it's time to go fishing, bottom line; she'll be your best friend.  

Something else you don't see a bunch on the M43SP is the upgrade of the invaluable helm station in the aft flybridge lending incredible "stern in" docking ease if you're not jumping down to the cockpit for that.  Another reason to have it is that you look down into the cockpit and can communicate directly with your guests on board on the way out to Catalina or work with them when they've got a big one on the hook so you can easily manage a chase in reverse to gain some line.  This extra helm station truly keeps the skipper connected to everyone on board which is such a benefit and makes the boat that much more enjoyable for everyone.
