OFFSHORE PERFORMANCE AND DESIGN

The Blackwater 43 is widely recognized for its offshore performance, range, comfort and intelligent use of space. Florida Sportsman described the 43 Sportfish as an “elegant offshore machine,” citing its substantial 11-foot-11-inch beam, 24-degree transom deadrise, protected helm, abundant storage and ability to provide comfortable seating without sacrificing fishing access.

In a quad-powered 1,400-horsepower test configuration—the same combined horsepower as this boat—Florida Sportsman reported speeds exceeding 60 MPH and a potential range of more than 700 miles. The reviewer noted that the boat could “run over 60 MPH and feel like you’re going 30,” emphasizing the composed ride and confidence-inspiring handling of this large offshore hull. QUAD MERCURY VERADO POWER

Four white Mercury 350 Verado outboards deliver a combined 1,400 horsepower. The engines have approximately 480 hours, with the photographed Mercury SmartCraft display showing 481 hours.

GENERATOR-FREE AIR CONDITIONING AND NEW BATTERY BANK

A custom inverter-powered electrical system operates both the cockpit and cabin air conditioning without the need for a generator. Enjoy cool, quiet comfort while entertaining at the dock, relaxing at anchor or spending the night aboard—without generator noise, exhaust or routine generator maintenance.

Supporting the inverter and onboard electrical systems is a complete bank of 10 brand-new batteries installed in September 2026. The new battery package includes four industrial-strength Group 31 starting batteries rated at 1,000 cranking amps each, along with six deep-cycle house batteries supporting the inverter and the boat’s onboard house systems.
