The clear benefits of a raised deck saloon are the brightness, the visibility and openness. This is quite evident in "Laissez Faire".
Upon entering the cabin from the companionway, the spacious and secure U-shaped galley is to starboard. the galley is well equipped with refrigerator and freezer units, 10-inch double sinks, a three burner stove and oven and a microwave.
Forward of the galley, the saloon lounge offers an overstuffed sofa to port that converts to a center cocktail/game table and full recliners on each end. To starboard, the dining table seats six and swivels and folds down to a smaller size for cocktails. The table also drops, with the help of an electric motor to convert to a double berth. The nav station, aft of the sofa, has a sliding and swiveling chair that adds to the saloon seating capacity.
The island double berth forward in the owner's cabin offers easy access from both sides and ample storage underneath. There is a vanity with mirror and chair and a cedar-lined hanging locker, both to port upon entering the cabin. The head, to starboard is large and well laid out with a walk-in shower, stainless steel sink and Corian counter tops.
The aft cabin offers a split double mattress that allows lee cloths to be fitted. An escape hatch opens into the cockpit and provides good ventilation. There are numerous storage lockers to port and the aft head is just forward of the cabin with a separate entrance allowing easy access from the saloon. The washer/dryer and large storage area are to starboard of the cabin.
