The forward stateroom has an island double berth forward, hanging locker and vanity with seat to port; enclosed head to starboard with a telephone type shower, Jabsco manual head plus sink and vanity. The main cabin has a circular dinette to port with a table that drops to make a double berth. There are two built-in seats to starboard and an aft-facing navigation table.
The galley is to starboard in the walk-through to the aft owner’s stateroom. It features a Force 10 LPG 3 burner stove with oven (2013), two ice boxes with separate 12 volt refrigeration units. The owner uses one as a refrigerator, the other as a freezer. There are stainless steel sinks, Corian counter tops and generous counter and locker space.
The owner’s stateroom is aft. It features a centerline queen sized berth, much locker space and a vanity with seating. There is large master head with Jabsco marine toilet, tub with shower, sink and vanity. Both marine toilets have new pump assemblies (2025)
The interior has gray-blue fabric upholstery (2018); teak cabin soles; carpet in fore and aft staterooms (2015); vinyl headliner. There is a 160 US gallon freshwater capacity supplying the sinks and showers via the hot and cold pressure water system; Wabasto hot air furnace (2022).
1994 Volvo Penta model TMD22, 80 HP marine diesel engine; the engine room is accessed via the walk-through to the aft cabin; There is a 100 US gallon fuel capacity; 3 bladed Max Prop automatic feathering propeller; ignition and instrument panel (replaced 2014); reconditioned engine starter (2013); major engine maintenance between 2010 and 2012 including new engine mounts. There is no hour-meter but the owner believes that the engine has about 3,000. operating hours.
The yacht has both 12 volt DC & 110 volt AC systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by a Balmar alternator on the engine to 3 AGM batteries thence to circuit breaker panels and on to lights and accessories. The 110 volt system is supplied either by shore-power connection or by the Prosine Inverter/charger or a Honda auxiliary generator; thence to a circuit breaker panel and on to various accessories; 50’ 30 Amp shore cord.
