Original owner highly upgraded vessel. She just received a brand new enclosure, dinghy cover and interior carpet runners in the beginning of October 23. Full cooler service completed with annual service late last winter. Bow and stern thrusters, upgraded Garmin electronics, bridge AC (2 units). Three stateroom, Two heads with a very spacious salon, galley and dinette. Bridge mounted davit with a 9.5' dinghy with 15 HP outboard. With over 10 feet of headroom in this environment, guests have not only a spectacular water view, but a custom sapele pommele table with cherry tambour vertical under-cabinets will be a great conversation topic. Stepping down into the hallway that leads to the staterooms owners will find excellent space and cabinets for cruising needs. A VIP stateroom is to starboard and mid stateroom is to port.
