Design & Build

Born from the Skyron studio and the Italia Yachts Design Team, the IY 43 Veloce carries the shipyard's deep roots in performance sailing into a modern motoryacht brief. The result is a hull with a high bow, generous flare, and a sheer line that flows naturally into the hardtop — purposeful, not decorative. Infusion construction throughout delivers exceptional rigidity, reduced weight, and a level of seakeeping rarely found at this length.

Performance

Twin Volvo D6 IPS 650 engines — 2 × 480 hp — push the IY 43 Veloce into a 35–40 knot speed range with authority. The Volvo joystick docking system and interceptor auto-trim make handling precise in any conditions. This is a boat that rewards confidence and forgives mistakes.

Deck & Cockpit

The hardtop provides full weather protection with an extending integrated sunshade. Below it, the cockpit reconfigures with movable backrests and a fold-flat central table that converts into a single large sunpad. Open the hydraulic side terraces and the unobstructed stern, and the usable space expands dramatically — generous for a 43-footer, genuinely comparable to larger platforms. Forward sunbathing area and hydraulic transformer stern platform complete the outdoor living picture. Synthetic teak covers the full deck and platforms.

Interior

Three layout options are available: bow master cabin with twin mid-ship cabin;. All are finished in light materials and clean lines consistent with the Italia Yachts family aesthetic — modern without being cold, refined without excess.
