Yacht Description

Built by DeViking in Hardinxveld, Giessendam Holland, “De Viking” is a custom built steel pilothouse trawler. She features a dark blue hull, black bottom and white superstructure with gold striping.

 Accommodations include two staterooms, two heads, a lower saloon, pilothouse and a beautiful private aft master’s cabin with a centerline bed. “De Viking” offers beautiful views from the pilothouse and salon with plenty of light and ventilation. Large aft deck with davits. Teak decks are in excellent condition showing no significant wear.

 Powered by twin Ford Lehman 2715E 6.2 liter naturally aspirated diesel engines.

 Westerbeke 8kW Generator and Marine Air A/C with reverse cycle heat (two zones).

Two staterooms, two heads, roomy lower saloon with full galley.

Stepping aboard, the deck are easily navigated with only a small step down to go to the bow. Wide walk-arounds, varnished handrails, heavy duty anchoring systems.

Walk forward from the large aft deck through double teak door leads you into the pilothouse. Settee is immediately to port. Starboard side has plenty of built-in cabinets, chart drawers, lockers, and file organizer for easy access to ships papers and manuals.

Saloon is a few steps down from the pilothouse. Large U-shaped settee to starboard surrounds a movable teak table. Large overhead "butterfly" hatch provides lots of natural light and fresh air to the saloon and galley.

A few steps down and open to the saloon is the galley. Forward is the guest cabin with accommodations for three guest.

Aft of the saloon and a few steps down you find both heads. To starboard is a full head with separate stall shower while to port is the guest head with "wet

Deck And Hull

Teak decks on steel are in exceptional condition. Decks were installed in 2001 and steel sub deck properly coated, sealed and fastened.

Steel construction is the preferred material for the highest quality builders of motor yachts and trawlers. (Heard of the Dutch built Feadship?) Owner has inspected and coated every area, where humanly possible... on the inside and outside of the hull.

Cabin tops are freshly painted high gloss white.
