Layout

To board "Velvet Moose" you step onto a full beam integral swim step that has molded non-skid surface. Built-in to the swim step is a hatch in the center to access the swim ladder; it is also designed to be deployed by a person in the water for additional safety. There is a transom door leading one-step up to a generous cockpit that has plenty of room for entertaining under the shelter of the upper deck. There is a teak table and a couple of teak deck chairs for comfortable seating in the cockpit. To port is a half spiral stair leading up to the flybridge with storage lockers underneath. In the cockpit is a water tight Diamond Sea Glaze Dutch door leading into the main salon. To port is an L-shaped settee with a hi-lo folding teak table with ebony inlays. To starboard are two wicker chairs, a teak cabinet in between, an entertainment bar with polished granite counter and storage underneath, a Sharp Aquos 20” LCD TV, Sony DC DVD Stereo, (5) ceiling mounted speakers and SeaTel Receiver with Direct TV for your entertainment. The U-shaped gourmet galley is forward to port with black polished granite counters and additional cabinets and counter to starboard. The galley is fully equipped with a Force 10, 3 Burner Stove and Oven, a GE Profile Sensor Convection Microwave Oven with Vent Fan, a Broan Trash Compactor and Double Stainless-Steel Sink with Single Lever Faucet. Located forward on centerline in the galley is a full size Norcold TEK II Dual Electric Refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment above. Just to starboard of the galley are stairs leading three steps up to the Pilothouse. The Pilothouse has a raised L-shaped settee with an ebony inlaid teak table. The visibility forward from the settee is panoramic. There is a pilot berth behind for extended passages. The dash has a 17” Big Bay Display Monitor, PC Navigation System, ICOM VHF Radio, Simrad Instruments and AutoPilot and SidePower Dual Joystick Thruster Control. Aft to starboard are stairs leading to the flybridge. The Flybridge has a secondary control and navigation system, two helm seats forward that has a large L-shaped dinette with a BBQ, Sink and Bar opposite for entertaining. The Novurania 11’ 2” hard bottom inflatable tender is mounted on upper deck with stainless steel chocks. The Forespar mast has an electric lift and boom hoist for launching the tender. Going back down to the pilothouse are port and starboard watertight Diamond Sea Glaze Dutch doors leading out to the Portuguese bridge deck. The 360-degree walk around covered side decks has high bulwarks and stainless steel handrails for safety at sea. The foredeck and the bow pulpit has two anchors, dual windlass, and rope in separate isolated chain lockers. There are also fresh, salt-water wash down hose bibs in the chain locker, and a secondary power connection is located on the foredeck.

From the Pilothouse on starboard are teak stairs with handrails for security on both sides leading to a landing and three staterooms. Entering the midship master is a centerline queen island berth with ensuite head to starboard. She has (2) hanging lockers, 20” Sharp TV, Pioneer Stereo CD/DVD, Direct TV and (2) ceiling mounted speakers. The head vanities are polished black granite with stainless steel Grohe fixtures and an under mounted porcelain sink. There are generous stall showers with seats in both the master and guest heads. Through a doorway forward from the master is a companionway leading to the two guest staterooms and guest head. To port the guest stateroom is set up with beautiful teak office and chair, a Pullman bunk berth and a hanging locker. Further forward is the VIP stateroom with an island queen berth, (2) hanging lockers, 15" Sharp TV, Pioneer Stereo CD/DVD, Direct TV and (2) ceiling mounted speakers. To starboard is the guest head and shower. Centrally located are the 220V Asko Washer in the stairwell and the Dryer is down at the foot of the stairs. The stairs lead back up to the pilothouse aft of the guest head on starboard.
