The Sense 57 is an ocean cruising yacht with an audacious concept. Everything about her spells adventure. With all cabins located in the bow, the deck plan of the Sense 57 is both clever and exceptional. As a result, the cockpit is closer to the water level which emphasizes her slender profile. The Sense 57 is perfectly balanced under sail and highly maneuverable. She is remarkably comfortable sailing in all sea conditions and she boasts fine cruising speeds. Getting away takes on a whole new meaning!
"Indigo Sea" is a meticulously maintained, lightly used Sense 57 and the only Sense available on the West Coast. She has a beautiful metallic Navy Blue hull, teak decks, bow thruster and new stern thruster.
The Sense 57 is perfectly balanced under sail and highly manoeuvrable. She is remarkably comfortable sailing in all sea conditions and she boasts fine cruising speeds.
At anchor, the aft platform creates a real terrace space flush with the sea. The sink and propane grill concealed below the helm seats make it a lovely outdoor galley in the open air, with the sea at your feet. The platform is operated hydraulically, closing off the cockpit entirely and making it ready for sail.
The bimini, specially developed for this boat, is a major innovation. It is very easy to open and close and shelters the spacious cockpit from the sun and inclement weather.

Descend from the cockpit to the salon down a cold-molded wooden companionway with three steps. These steps are gently sloped at 45 degrees, making entry and egress easy and safe. One of the features is the connections between the connection between the cockpit and the main salon. If you are sitting i nthe cockpit you are at eye level with whoever is in the main salon.
The main salon is to port, with a proper nav station, and a galley opposite. Forward are two guest cabins, to port and starboard, and the master basin is forward. Each cabin has an ensuite head and a separate shower.

AC and DC power services the vessel through circuit breaker panels. 110VAC provided by 30 Amp shore connection, by the genset, and, based on available house bank battery power, through the inverter.
The cockpit is distinctively huge with lots of cushioned seating, a sun bathing area, large table.
The aft transom opens fully converting it to a teak clad swim platform or sun bathing area and giving unsurpassed ease and safety while accessing the tender or the water. It is approximately 12’ 6” by 2’ 7” - that is almost 43 square feet of extra deck space - and is electrically controlled with two remotes
