Pacific Yacht Management has been the care takers of this one-owner Ocean Alexander 58 since new and for the past 15 years.  We have been instructed to go above and beyond with regard to the typical annual, maintenance program over the years.  In addition, she's been boathouse kept in freshwater.

Boarding from the Euro style swim platform, you'll notice the stern staples and what ease this offers egress to and from your tender. There are popup cleats for securing your tender.  Proceeding up the semi-circular stairs from either port or starboard side brings you into the generous cockpit.  To starboard the aft-wing of the fashion pillar opens and raises to provide a stern control station, a large gas strut deck hatch lifts to provide access to the lazzarette and engine room.  At the forward, starboard side is a cockpit cabinet equipped with a cockpit BBQ station, sink and storage.  To port is a staircase leading up to the boatdeck with storage beneath.  A popular feature is how the cockpit becomes an extension of the saloon area via a large sliding glass door.  

Entering the saloon, you're immediately taken by the beauty of the cherry and burlwood accents, spaciousness and brilliant features of this opulent space.  Overhead is a recessed ceiling with ambiance lighting, a decor' that exudes luxury.  To starboard is a settee and coffee table with storage beneath.  The table can be converted to become a living room dinette when so desired.  To port is a settee with storage beneath, material is Ultra-Leather.  Forward is large bureau that houses the flatscreen TV on a lift system and forward of the port settee is a beautifully crafted cabinet with tambour doors and wine cooler.  

Proceeding forward up a few steps brings you into the raised galley/dinette/pilothouse area.  This layout was so forward in layout design, that this is still extremely popular in todays new yachts!  The galley is to starboard, the U-shaped space features beautiful double bullnose black granite and top-of-the-line appliances.  The drawers are all on stainless sliders with push to lock Lam mechanisms.  The dinette is to port on a raised platform providing incredible views.  At the after port side of the dinette are interior stairs leading up to the flybridge/upper saloon area.  These stairs are open allowing for unencumbered views from the dinette aft into the saloon area. The helm is equipped with a STIDD helm chair and starboard of the helm are stairs leading down to the living quarters.  The ships electrical distribution panels are located at the head of the stairs for easy access from either below or above, smart.  

The owner's stateroom is amidships and full beam, providing the owners a perfect location for comfortable sleep while underway.  As you enter this stateroom,  you're taken by the same feel of entering the saloon, opulent and a warm comfortable feel.  The lighting is just right and beautiful and inviting.  On the forward bulkhead is a flatscreen TV and a Furuno MFD. The en suite head has a separate large stall shower.  The entire area is bathed in beautiful granite and marble.  

Proceeding forward, to  port is the third guest stateroom with two single berths, to starboard is the guests head with separate stall shower and has the same opulent materials as the owner's head.  Forward is the VIP-guest stateroom with an island queen, your guests or family aren't roughing it aboard and might want to stay too long?  They even have their own stereo system.  

Up to the flybridge/upper saloon - this space is enclosed with the ultimate Barrett bonded window enclosures, keeping the elements out and climate controlled, makes this a spectacular year-round space to take in the views and voyage!  There are two newer STIDD helm chairs and aft of the helm area is the upper dinette.  The experience of dining while at anchor in this area - well, you'll have to experience that yourself!  Proceeding aft to the boatdeck, is where the tender is stowed.
