Walkthrough

Boarding CHIN CHIN from the stern you will find a large 6’ hydraulic swim platform outfitted for a tender or jet ski. To starboard is a boarding gate that opens to the spacious teak cockpit is perfect for outdoor entertaining, with new upholstered seating, under seat storage, built-in U-Line ice maker and elegant new teak inlaid table. To port is a curved staircase to the flybridge.

Entering the salon, you’ll find a large sofa with beautifully custom upholstered. Custom matching side chairs provide additional seating. A desk on the port side provides a convenient reading, work or navigation space. All new Hunter Douglas shades in the salon provide sun protection and privacy.

The fully equipped lower helm is forward and starboard of the salon. It features a double bench seat with footrests, teak wheel, and offers excellent sight lines fore and aft.

The lower deck accommodates the galley on the port side. The limestone countertop and abundant cabinetry make for a truly gourmet cooking experience. A tastefully upholstered dinette with teak inlaid table is just forward of the galley. The main electrical panel is also located in the galley, for easy access to all breakers. A Splendide combination washer/dryer is conveniently located in its own cabinet forward.

The Owner's stateroom is forward with a privacy door and features an en-suite head with separate shower stall. The exceptional master accommodations are sure to impress and feature a spacious island berth, abundant hanging lockers, drawers on each side, and a Sharp 20” TV with entertainment system.

A spacious VIP cabin awaits your guests, with twin berths, night stand, hanging lockers, and Sharp Aquos 15” TV. The twin berths can be converted to a King-sized bed with a filler cushion. All berths feature new memory foam mattresses. The en-suite head features Tecma electric toilet, dual entry doors and a generous shower stall.

Comfortably wide teak side and fore decks, with sturdy safety rails, ground tackle. The foredeck features anchor locker with 250 feet of all chain rode, a salt water anchor chain washdown. Aft is a 60” teak swim platform, operated by a TNT hydraulic lift, to easily launch and retrieve a tender. Tender not included.

The fly bridge features dual Stidd fully adjustable helm chairs (newly renovated and upholstered), a hard top and polycarbonate enclosure, L-shaped settee with teak inlaid table, bar unit with sink and refrigerator, and new Meile electric grill. A large cabinet is located under the barbeque for a life raft. The hard top is newly painted and holds a hydrostatic mounted EPRIB, Jabsco searchlight, Intellian satellite dish and antennae.

The engine room and lazzarette features stand-up headroom, custom racks for the set of spare props, new refrigerator/freezer chest, Charles IsoBoost 50 transformer, Sea Recovery 900 gpd water maker and Onan 17.5 kW generator, in addition to the twin MAN diesels and ZF transmissions.
