PELICAN combines a gentle curving interior design of Cherry with Teak & Holly cabin soles with hints of Ted Irwin's exterior styling.  PELICAN's 17'3" beam on deck, provides for an expansive, protected, commanding EZ2CY/hard top center cockpit, seating/feeding 6 to 8 in air conditioning. Noticeable also, are the wide side decks that carry aft, in the hull as well, to the aft deck and the "jump in" Lazerette. The 12' 2021 Highfield tender is cradled in the Kato winch davits. The entrance to water world & water toy access from the side deck gates & beefy rub rail for a natural step on & off. Non skid (NO TEAK!) decks have easy access all over the exterior decks around shrouds & fittings. Tons of sunning opportunities forward & on the aft deck. And the proud 8' Teak/fiberglass bow pulpit is excellent for spotting sea friends, nav aids & the Green Flash.

Her ketch rig carries a tall, powerful mizzen to keep her main mast at 64' ICW friendly\. Jib, Genoa & spinnaker sails are enhanced by the extended bow pulpit, plus mizzen stay sail, blooper & more. Lots of sail combinations to balance all sea conditions, enhancing safer, swifter passage making.
