Miss Phebe II went throught a major refit in 2018 to 2020. She was hauled and glassed over from the rub rail down to the keel, painted with Awlgrip and Awlcraft 2000.She had custom work completed in the master stateroom and upgraded lighting, wiring, ac units and much more. She went back into the water in 2021 and owners have stayed aboard for the last three years and now decided to take a different direction. You now have the opportunity to own this vessel and not have to wait the time to upgrade her plus save the million plus to do so. Her current owner purchased Miss Phebe II, originally named Patsea V in August 2018 in St Augustine, Florida. Upon closing the purchaser began preparing the vessel for transport to Deltaville, VA where she would undergo a complete portal out restoration. Upon haul out in Deltaville,VA, the vessel was taken down to bare wood for hull and top side inspection where during the refit, all structural and cosmetic blemishes were addressed. All bright work was taken to bare teak and finish built back with Awlwood and Awlbrite.
