69' Monte Carlo 2015

2015 Monte Carlo Yachts MCY 70 - Twin Gyro, Recently Refitted Teak Decks, Best Value in Asia

Now asking €990,000 tax included, Tai He is one of the most compelling MCY 70 opportunities currently available in Asia. Privately used, never chartered, equipped with twin Seakeeper gyros and recently redone teak decks, she offers the right combination of Italian design, cruising comfort and practical specification for Southeast Asia.

Broker’s Thoughts

The MCY 70 remains one of the standout designs produced by Monte Carlo Yachts, the luxury Italian division of the Beneteau Group. She offers exceptional volume for her size, an excellent layout, and a particularly impressive VIP cabin that elevates the guest experience well beyond expectations in this segment.

Tai He has been privately used only, never chartered, and professionally maintained throughout her ownership. The owner is now moving to a larger yacht, creating an attractive opportunity for buyers seeking a capable and highly specified cruising platform with genuine pedigree.

The current asking price has been set to create a serious opportunity for a buyer who understands the MCY 70 platform. Recent teak work and key technical priorities have already been addressed, while minor interior cosmetic items leave room for the next owner to personalize the yacht without overpaying for a fully staged presentation.

Highlights at a Glance

* Twin MAN V8 1200hp engines (approximately 850 engine hours)

* Dual Seakeeper gyro stabilizers

* Tropical-grade Cruisair air conditioning including crew quarters

* Spacious 4-cabin layout + 2 crew cabins

* Exceptional Owner’s cabin volume and guest accommodation

* Recently redone teak decks

* Two Kohler 20kVA generators

* 600kg hydraulic swim platform

Tai He represents a very well-equipped MCY 70 with the right cruising specification for Asia: gyro stabilizers, joystick controls, tropical air conditioning, and major recent teak work already completed.

For buyers seeking a spacious Italian flybridge yacht with strong pedigree and practical cruising features, this MCY 70 deserves serious consideration.
