Really, the things you could do with her are limitless.  Her three-story superstructure has 28 berths, and 7 cabins.   She has a ton of interior space: a huge galley and mess hall, multiple cabins, sleeping quarters, washer/dryer, and workshops onboard.

She used to service the oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.  But her current owner purchased her for use as his home and art studio.  After buying her, he had her legs shortened from 130' to 70' and did an extensive renovation before motoring her 2,600 miles offshore from Louisiana to NYC last year.   
She also comes equipped with 9KW of Photovoltaic solar power, solar hot water, and two generators (one  50KW and a second at 23KW).  This means you're totally off-grid and don't need to worry about shore power.   
And don't forget the cranes!  She's got two of them.  One rated for 26 tons and the other for 10 tons.  Each hydraulic crane has a reach of 70'. 
She also has some epic tankage: 9,500 gals of fresh water and 4,400 gals of fuel (big holding tanks as well). 
She also comes equipped with a suite of modern electronics including color radar and sonar.
