Originally built as “Le Bon Joujou” for a repeat Lazzara client, “QTR” has only had 3 owners, all of whom have kept her in excellent condition with constant upgrades. This is Hull #12, the last of the successful 116’ Lazzara series to be delivered, which still exudes a contemporary sporty style. This boat features 5 staterooms (plus crew), Jacuzzi (new 2022) on the flybridge deck with a recently upgraded interior throughout, including all new soft goods in the last 2 years. Other equipment includes zero-speed stabilizers, waste treatment system, upgraded generators, a stern thruster, underwater lights, a dive compressor, and spark jet skis stored in 2 x transom “pods”.

This vessel has walkaround decks, midship boarding doors port and starboard. Entering from the aft deck, the salon is open to a formal dining area. Just forward of the dining area to the port side is the laundry room with stairs down to the Owner and 3 guest staterooms. To the starboard is the day head, galley, and stairs to VIP forward. There are 5 staterooms in total, each with a private head. Crew quarters are aft with access from the transom door or aft side deck door and can sleep 5 in 2 cabins, each with a head.
Entering the main salon through double stainless steel curved sliding glass, one immediately appreciates the feeling of an open and spacious interior layout. Throughout the boat is Makore Cherry wood combined with soft light colored fabrics and well-placed artwork.
To the port side of the salon is a plush L-shaped sectional, a side chair, side tables and lamps. To starboard are two matching side chairs with a small cocktail table, a built-in TV cabinet and a buffet.
The formal dining area is forward of salon and features a glass top table with chairs, storage cabinet with beveled glass and overhead lighting with wood inlay.
Using the port side stairs leading down to a foyer are 4 staterooms, the full beam owner’s stateroom is amidships and has a double door entry. A center-line king-sized Tempurpedic mattress (new 2022) with nightstand cabinets, reading lights and storage drawers on each side. The port side features dresser cabinets with matching make-up vanity with a chair plus there is a large walk-in closet. The starboard side offers a plush loveseat, drawers on either side plus matching “curio” cabinets above. Aft of the master stateroom are the "his and hers" bathrooms, with centerline shared shower and jacuzzi tub.
To starboard forward in the country galley a staircase leads down to the forward VIP stateroom, featuring a queen-sized island berth at center with dressers port and starboard; a large head with oversized stall shower, a cedar lined hanging locker and plenty of storage cabinets and drawers.

The galley offers an island with sink and countertop, 6 windows for natural light, top of the line stainless steel appliances. A large dinette is forward with storage behind.
Captain's Cabin Alarms
A circular stairwell to starboard allows crew members to access the captain's stateroom, to port and features a double berth, desk with chair and a private head and stall shower. Across to starboard is a similar cabin with a double berth, an upper berth (Pullman) and a second head with stall shower.
The pilothouse is accessed up a few steps from the starboard entrance foyer, features a fully updated (2022) instrumentation panel; an adjustable Stidd helm chair at center and a raised settee with oval-shaped tabletop. There is an overhead bookcase and multiple drawers with a desk to port.
The flybridge with factory hard-top, can be accessed from inside the pilothouse or from the aft deck stairs. The deck sole is teak. To port is a formal wet bar, icemaker, fridge, 3 x bar stools and TV. Opposite the bar is a dinette nook, that seats 4 guests. Going aft on the flybridge are two large semicircular upholstered settees port and starboard; each with a high gloss teak top oval shaped table. Immediately aft at center is a large Jacuzzi (new 2022) that doubles as a sun pad area. Across to starboard is the circular stairwell to go down to the aft deck that offers a sunshade. All the way is a large U-shaped seating area that can be shaded by the two large Tuuci umbrellas.

From the aft deck, one can access the bow area around the walkaround decks or aft, down to the hi-lo swim platform and integrated “sport-deck”, via curved transom stairs port and starboard. In addition, a circular stairwell allows direct access to the flybridge/sundeck above.
The aft deck features built-in settee aft and large oval shaped tabletop and four chairs for al fresco dining. There is a fully equipped walk behind bar to the port side. The aft deck has hide-away docking stations to the port and starboard (with bow and stern thrusters).
From the aft deck, down to the swim platform via molded teak covered stairs port and starboard, there is a transom door at center to access the crew quarters and a swim-platform and engine room. Each side of the swim platform has hydraulically operated pods/ garage, housing a set of Spark jet skis. The aft deck has port and starboard boarding doors. Crew can access the engine-room through the crew quarters.

“QTR” was ordered and outfitted by her first experienced owner, who was a previous Lazzara owner. They added extensive options - she was known to be the most expensive Lazzara built at the time. Her second owner updated her inside and out for his family use and entertaining. The current owners have greatly improved and upgraded this vessel during their ownership. QTR has received the best of care with full-time crew. Economical cruise speeds at 12 knots and 30 GPH, she can exceed 21 knots.
