The Grand Trawler 62 features a spacious, well-appointed salon designed for both comfort and connection to the water. Generously proportioned sofas and a thoughtfully integrated sideboard create a relaxed, inviting space. A 50” television, wine cooler, and ample storage for flatware and essentials make it equally practical for extended cruising or entertaining aboard. Large windows to port and starboard bring in natural light and keep you constantly connected to the sea, while aft, sliding glass doors open through the cockpit, extending your view straight to the horizon.
Moving forward, you pass the galley—fully equipped to handle a crowd and intentionally open to the salon, so you’re never separated from your guests. Just ahead is the primary helm station, positioned for excellent visibility, with an adjacent daybed that makes longer passages more comfortable and social.
Below, the accommodations are equally impressive. A full-beam primary cabin aft offers exceptional volume, with generous storage beneath the berth and along both port and starboard sides. The en-suite is spacious and well-finished, rivaling what you would expect in a high-end home or hotel.
Continuing forward, the guest cabin to port is highly versatile, easily configured as either a near-queen berth or two twins. Its en-suite also serves as the day head, adding to the yacht’s practicality. In the bow, the VIP suite enjoys beautiful natural light through large hull-side portlights and features its own generous en-suite. It’s a space your guests will truly appreciate.
The flybridge can be accessed either from the salon or via the cockpit stairs, with the interior access located conveniently beside the galley—ideal for entertaining. It’s worth noting that the flybridge spans nearly two-thirds of the yacht’s length, which is a standout feature in this class. In addition to the upper helm, the space is fully equipped with refrigerators, an icemaker, and a cooktop, along with ample seating for 8–10 guests around the table. A hardtop with a retractable section provides protection while still allowing you to open the space to the sky when desired.
The main salon aboard the Grand Trawler 62 offers the space and features you would typically expect to find on a much larger motor yacht. To port, a generous sofa comfortably seats up to eight guests, positioned across from a 50” television—creating a relaxed, social environment for time onboard.
Large windows to both port and starboard bring in abundant natural light while keeping you connected to the surroundings. Whether underway or at anchor, the views are always part of the experience.
A thoughtful nod to the yacht’s passagemaking capabilities can be seen in the overhead handholds, as well as those integrated along the dining area—practical details that make a difference when covering distance.
Moving forward, the dining space is equally well executed. The table can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with the addition of chairs, making it well suited for both everyday use and entertaining onboard.
The galley is positioned opposite the dining area and opens naturally into the main salon, creating a space that is both functional and social. For times when separation is preferred, a sliding door allows the galley to be closed off without compromising flow.
Well-equipped for extended cruising or entertaining, it features a full-height refrigerator, a four-burner induction cooktop, and a microwave—everything needed to prepare meals comfortably onboard.
One particularly thoughtful detail is the ability to access and empty the trash directly from a door on the exterior side deck. It’s a small feature, but one that speaks to the practicality and ease of use designed into the Grand Trawler 62.
The full-beam master stateroom offers a level of space and comfort that feels closer to a much larger yacht. Centered around a king-size berth, the layout is both practical and well-balanced, with his-and-her vanities providing ample personal space for extended time onboard.
Natural light and thoughtful storage make the stateroom feel open without sacrificing functionality. A television is seamlessly integrated, allowing the space to transition easily from a private retreat during the day to a comfortable place to unwind in the evening.
The ensuite head and shower are large. Complete with Corian counters and Villeroy & Boch washbasins. The walk-in shower is spacious.
The VIP cabin is thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a true sense of comfort and privacy. A queen-size berth is positioned to take full advantage of the natural light and views through the starboard hull-side windows, creating a bright and welcoming space.
Storage is generous throughout, allowing guests to settle in and feel at home, even on extended cruises. The private en-suite head is well-appointed and includes a separate walk-in shower stall—an important detail that adds to the overall comfort and usability of the cabin.
The guest cabin is to port and features a convertible berth. There is a filler to convert the near-queen into two double berths. There is direct access into the head, which is also the day head, conveniently located at the base of the stairs.
Entering through a gull wing hatch near the transom, you enter a crew area complete with storage. This corridor provides access to separate head and shower rooms. The two crew berths are within a separate room. The head and shower in this space serve conveniently to swimmers straight from the transom platform. Further from this area is access to the engine room.
A full suite of Raymarine electronics provide for easy and confident navigation. Three Axiom 16” touchscreen displays allow for multiple nav and systems monitoring screens. There are autopilot and VHF controls. For further safety there is a Quantum 2 Chirp radar 24 mile, and AIS transmitter. Both the lower helm and flybridge helm are equipped with the exact electronics for ease of familiarity and capability. Cameras are provided in the engine room and stern. Beneteau’s SEANAPPS system is fitted throughout the yacht and allows for monitoring and control of lights, tankage, and other critical levels. Starlink and PEP Wave Network system for full yacht connectivity.
The choice of MAN i6-730 (730HP) show its choice of the highest quality equipment. The engines power straight shafts to propellors that are protected by the yachts keel. Further equipment includes a Quick Gyro, Onan generator, Lenco trim tabs, bow and stern thrusters, hydraulic tender platform, flybridge davit crane (400kg SWL), and 3rd steering station in cockpit. The Quick Gyro has a new motorm bearings, and warranty through Feb. 2027.
The flybridge is a defining feature on the GT 62, covering nearly 2/3 of the length of the yacht. At the front is a sunbathing area and seating area to port. The helm station is fully equipped equal to the lower helm with all controls. The mid area offers a full bar and galley setup to starboard with frig, icemaker, grill, and prep area. To starboard is a comfortable seating area for 6-8. The massive flybridge T-Top has lighting built-in as well as a retractable section to enjoy the warmth of the sun. There are covers for all cushions and seating.
The cockpit, known as the “Terrace to the Sea” is a peaceful area with built in seating for 8-10 and uninterrupted views aft. Wind stopper doors on the side decks ensure comfort while enjoying your anchorage.
