Amazing Grace Boat | 36' Kadey-Krogen 1984

This Kadey-Krogen 36’ Manatee is one of only 99 ever built and represents a unique opportunity to own one of the most practical, livable trawlers in her class. Known for efficiency (burning just 2 GPH at 7 knots) and an incredibly spacious interior, the Manatee was designed by James S. Krogen to provide long-range comfort without pretense. With her shallow 3’2” draft and seaworthy design, she is equally at home exploring protected rivers and bays as she is stretching out for long coastal passages.

This vessel has been very well maintained with recent major updates including a full bottom refinish (2024), exterior teak refinishing, and a brand-new AGM battery system. With over $20,000 invested in updated Garmin electronics, she is fully outfitted for safe, reliable, and modern cruising and is undoubtedly turn-key and ready for it’s next adventure.
