Offers a performance to habitability ratio second to none on this size of cruising yacht. Length and beam on the waterline have been extended to the limit to make her quick to cut through the water, while increasing stability.

A new L-shaped galley, located on the port side of the 45° companionway, makes a facing seat saloon arrangement possible. The space allows eight people to sit around the table. A long galley layout is also available.Accessed by a double door, the owner cabin offers wonderful privacy. This separate space still has a pleasant forward view of the boat when the doors are open. BROKERS REMARKS: AMERICA is last of its type coming out of fleet and for sale. We will not see or have any other coming up. Very spacious and airy with good headroom both above and below decks. Optional arch with mainsheet mounted and also makes for a solid sprayhood construction and hand holds. Separate shower and toilet compartments. Shallow draft model and Yanmar engine. No hurricane history due to age.
