The Galeon 500 Fly makes you rethink what a 50 foot flybridge yacht can be. Built in Poland, Galeon is known for inventive layouts and beautifully finished interiors, and the 500 Fly shows why. At anchor, the port and starboard balconies fold down to create Galeon’s signature Beach Mode, opening the cockpit to the water. Large salon windows bring in light and fresh air, while the aft galley connects the interior with the cockpit. It is a layout that works just as well for a day with friends as it does for a longer trip up or down the coast.
The flybridge offers another generous place to entertain, relax, or enjoy the view underway. Inside, the lower helm has excellent visibility and keeps the captain connected to everyone in the salon. A Fusion sound system throughout the yacht and a large lifting TV in the salon add to the entertainment options. Below deck are three cabins and two spacious heads with large, separate showers, including a full beam master suite. New interior upholstery and windshield tint were recently added.
This Galeon is exceptionally well equipped. Bow and stern thrusters paired with a Yacht Controller remote make docking and close quarters maneuvering easier, without the added maintenance associated with pod drives. The Seakeeper gyro stabilizer adds comfort underway and at anchor. She also features an Onan Cummins generator and Raymarine electronics with radar, AIS, VHF and autopilot.
The dinghy garage provides a dedicated place for a tender, leaving the hydraulic swim platform available for a jet ski or simply open for easy access to the water. It is a practical setup that lets you bring both along while keeping the cockpit clear for entertaining.
The port engine was replaced in July 2026 by an authorized Volvo dealer and comes with a transferable Volvo factory warranty. She has been professionally maintained, all mechanical services are up to date, and the bottom paint was completed approximately 18 months ago. Held in an LLC, she is offered for sale as her owners’ boating plans have changed.
