ATHOS Yacht for Sale

The LEOPARD 32 ATHOS is a sporty and fast 32.2 meter yacht. With construction started in 2007, the yacht remained in the yard, finished and registered in 2011; the major REFIT work described below and the boat's excellent condition make it a unique yacht.

Athos's exterior spaces are well liveable thanks to a large and well-designed aft area, a cosy sunbathing area in the bow, and a recently refurbished fly bridge with sunbathing accommodations, Jacuzzi and large sofa with table. Inside, Athos offers with its 5 cabins and 5 bathrooms high-class accommodation for 11 people: downstairs the master cabin, the VIP cabin and two cabins, one with a double bed and one with two beds plus pullman bed. Upstairs, the new cabin with double bed. The saloon with dining, lounge and original bar counter is well lived in and welcoming.

Downstairs, towards the stern, are the galley and 2 crew cabins.

All on-board equipment, furnishings and fittings, the Williams tender the Jet Ski and numerous toys including 2 Sea Bobs are sold with the boat and are included in the price.

REFIT

In the years 2022 and 2023, major conversion work was carried out on the boat with the aim of making Athos a modern and efficient yacht.

They were of two orders:

- Work aimed at improving and beautifying the interior and exterior accommodations: the main ones included the construction of the 5th cabin, the transformation of the FLY Bridge and the replacement of the old dark furnishings with bleached oak panelling.

- Highly complex works and equipment replacements aimed at making systems and equipment definitively modern and efficient: they touched on all the technical aspects of the ship: electrical, from generators to switchboards to plant engineering; navigation with replacement of all equipment; mechanical from main engines to their plotters to propulsion systems; air conditioning and refrigeration from main engines to peripheral equipment; trim regulators made automatic and efficient; general monitoring system.

MAINTENANCE

As it is a class vessel, all the checks required by the Certifying Body are carried out annually and every 5 years the components are completely overhauled.

The boat is stored under cover during the six months of winter, during which time the necessary work and repairs are carried out on the hull, equipment and fittings to keep it in full working order.

Il LEOPARD 32 ATHOS è una nave da diporto di 32,2 metri sportiva e veloce. Con costruzione iniziata nel 2007, lo yacht è rimasto in cantiere, terminato e immatricolato nel 2011; gli importanti lavori di REFIT di seguito illustrati e le ottime condizioni della barca, ne fanno uno yacht unico nel suo genere.

Gli spazi esterni di Athos sono ben vivibili grazie ad un’ampia e ben studiata zona di poppa, un’accogliente zona sole a prua, ed un fly bridge, recentemente ristrutturato, con sistemazioni prendisole, vasca idromassaggio e ampio divano con tavolo. All’interno, Athos offre con le sue 5 cabine e 5 bagni sistemazioni di gran classe per 11 persone: al piano inferiore la cabina armatoriale, la cabina vip e due cabine una con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti più letto pullman. Al piano superiore, la nuova cabina con letto matrimoniale. Il salone con pranzo, salotto e originale banco bar è ben vivibile ed accogliente.

Al piano inferiore, verso poppa si trovano la cucina e le 2 cabine equipaggio.

Tutte le dotazioni, arredi e suppellettili di bordo, il tender Williams la Moto d’Acqua e i numerosi giochi compresi 2 Sea Bob vengono venduti insieme alla barca, e sono compresi nel prezzo.

REFIT

Negli anni 2022 e 2023 sono stati eseguiti importanti lavori di trasformazione della barca aventi l’obiettivo di rendere Athos uno yacht moderno ed efficiente.

Essi sono stati di due ordini:

-       Lavori volti a migliorare ed abbellire le sistemazioni interne ed esterne: tra le principali, la costruzione della 5^ cabina, la trasformazione del FLY Bridge e la sostituzione dei vecchi arredi scuri con rivestimenti in rovere sbiancato.

-       Lavori molto complessi e sostituzioni di apparati volti a rendere definitivamente moderni ed efficienti impianti ed apparecchiature: essi hanno toccato tutti gli aspetti tecnici della nave: elettrico, dai generatori ai quadri elettrici all’impiantistica; navigazione con sostituzione di tutte le apparecchiature; meccanici dai motori principali ai relativi plotter ai sistemi di propulsione; condizionamento e frigoriferi dai motori principali alle apparecchiature periferiche; regolatori di assetto resi automatici ed efficienti; sistema di monitoraggio generale.

MANUTENZIONI

Trattandosi di nave in classe, vengono eseguiti annualmente tutti i controlli previsti dall’Ente Certificatore che ogni 5 anni controlla la revisione completa delle componenti.

La barca viene rimessata al coperto nei sei mesi invernali, durante i quali vengono effettuati allo scafo, alle apparecchiature e alle sistemazioni i lavori e le riparazioni necessari a mantenerla in piena efficienza.
