The interior is a beautiful, handcrafted cherry wood with light-colored soft goods that creates a warm, bright and comfortable living environment.
This Pilothouse Motor Yacht offers a timeless exterior design with a smartly executed interior that offers an open salon/pilothouse design which allows the helmsperson to see from the pilothouse helm through the salon to the aft deck. The AY52 offers an exceptional deck plan, with bright, open spaces, using a beautiful combination of cherry wood, light soft good and furnishings to create a modern, contemporary interior without losing the heritage of the classic handcrafted motor yachts built in the orient.
The main salon features include a large U-shaped port side sofa, two occasional chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel TV on a hi-lo lift, large boxed framed windows with blinds, wood flooring and air-conditioning. Note: there are many nice features throughout the yacht that you have to get aboard to see and appreciate.
Forward of the salon is the pilothouse. Pilothouse features include a helm station with captain's chair, large U-shaped cruising/dining settee, a well-appointed galley, starboard side deck access door, internal stairs leading to the flybridge and the yachts day head.
Day head
Foyer & Staterooms
Foyer access is from the starboard side of the pilothouse, a stairway with easy to navigate wood steps & safety rail to ensure safe movement between the PH and staterooms. The foyer features wood flooring, floor hatches proving access to bilge storage and a utility closet with separate Beko ProSmart "Energy Smart" washer & dryer.
Forward VIP Stateroom
The VIP stateroom is very a spacious feeling room with a ceiling height of approximately 7 feet and the use of light soft goods. It is a very comfortable and eye appealing stateroom. Features include a queen island bed with drawers built into the bed pedestal, dual stainless-steel portlights with blinds, wood flooring, hanging locker, skylight with screen and ensuite access to the guest head.
Guest head
Guest head features include cherry vanity with cabinet storage, solid surface countertop, undermount sink and a single lever faucet. Solid surface flooring, opening stainless-steel portlight, electric toilet, medicine cabinet with mirrored door and a stall shower with a glass enclosure & door.
Guest stateroom
The guest stateroom features include staked single beds with custom bedding, opening stainless-steel portlight with privacy blind, wood flooring, nightstand and cabinet storage.
Midships Owner's suite
The owner's midships suite is another testament to the builder considering how to use every inch of the yachts 52' footprint...... The suites athwartships design takes advantage of all available space, creating a comfortable suite with an island bed with storage drawers built into the cherrywood bedframe, a beautiful, padded headboard and custom bedding, Bed nightstands, hanging locker and an ensuite head with a large stall shower. The suite also is very bright and offers good airflow this was achieved by installing large, fixed hull glass panels and an opening stainless-steel portlight.
Owner's suite head
Head features include cherrywood vanity with drawer & cabinet storage, solid surface countertop, undermount sink and a single lever faucet. Solid surface flooring, opening stainless-steel portlight, electric toilet, cherrywood framed mirror and a stall shower with a glass enclosure & door.
The galley is located in the aft port side of the pilothouse, features include stainless-steel appliances, cherrywood overhead & base cabinets with solid surface countertops, drawer & cabinet storage, double stainless-steel sinks, abundance of food preparation space and the design of the up-pilothouse galley gives the family's chef a great vista view while preparing meals.
Access to both the lazarette and engine room is via a large deck hatch built into the aft deck. The lazarette offers excellent storage and houses or provides access to key features such has the Lewmar stern thruster, SeaStar hydraulic steering system and the main DC battery switches. From the lazarette you transit a door leading into the spacious engine room. The engine room is designed to offer excellent access to service the main engines, generator and equipment housed in the compartment.
