Nordic Tug 34 Walk Through

Board Back Forty easily from either pilothouse side door, cockpit entry, or through the transom door from the swim platform. Step aboard and you’ll immediately appreciate the thoughtful layout designed for both comfort and practicality.
Through the aluminum and glass cockpit door, the main cabin welcomes you with an L-shaped settee to starboard that converts to a twin berth, perfect for guests, and an efficient L-shaped galley to port - ideal for preparing meals while still part of the conversation.
A few steps up lead to the bright, raised pilothouse, offering bench seating to port and starboard, a well-equipped helm forward to starboard, and side deck doors for easy line handling or quick access outside. The companionway forward to port leads to the master stateroom, with the head to starboard at the base of the stairs and the private stateroom just ahead. Engine room access is conveniently located through three hatches in the pilothouse sole.

Back Forty features a bright and inviting master stateroom forward, highlighted by a centerline queen berth surrounded by ample storage and warm natural light - a comfortable retreat after a day on the water. The L-shaped settee in the main cabin also slides out to form a double berth, providing comfortable guest accommodations without sacrificing living space.

Nordic Tug 34 Main Cabin

The main cabin is a warm, welcoming space designed for comfort and everyday livability - perfect for relaxing at anchor or entertaining guests underway. The salon is to starboard and the galley to port, creating an open, functional layout that makes the most of the available space.
Large windows and a glass-framed aft door fill the cabin with natural light, giving it an open, airy feel. To starboard, a built-in L-shaped settee converts to a double berth and is paired with a hi/lo dining table for flexibility. Overhead, an Insignia 24" flat-screen TV folds down above the galley for convenient viewing. The space is finished with a sapele and holly sole and cellular blinds on all windows, blending classic Nordic Tug craftsmanship with modern comfort.
The L-shaped galley is along the entire port side of the main cabin and features:

Nordic Tug 34 Pilothouse

The raised pilothouse offers excellent visibility and easy access throughout the boat, making it an ideal command center for extended cruising. To starboard, the full helm station is thoughtfully laid out, with additional electronics and controls overhead for convenience.
Bench seats with fold-up bolsters to both port and starboard provide comfortable seating for guests while underway, and sliding side doors with screens on each side offer quick, safe access to the side decks for line handling or fresh air. The space also features sliding aft windows for ventilation, a sapele and holly sole, and three access hatches in the pilothouse sole for easy entry to the engine room.
