The salon is welcoming and open from the aft cockpit entrance forward through on the starboard side to the pilothouse helm area.
Forward and port adjacent to the salon is a feature rich open area bathed in natural light through the large opening window, generous storage, meal prep, serving space, and appliances.
The pilothouse features four-point access in a raised forward positioned wheelhouse for exceptional visibility while cruising and maneuvering around the docks.
The companionway area at the base of the stairs from the salon has access to the Master and VIP staterooms, and guest head through teak privacy doors.
The forward VIP stateroom has an island pedestal bed with built-in drawers (x2), custom mattress and bedding, diesel heat zone control with thermostat, hanging locker, cabinet storage and private ensuite access to the guest head.
Across from the VIP stateroom is the guest head with full stand-up shower stall.
Midship, the Master Stateroom is a statement of luxurious comfort showcasing an island bed, drawer storage beneath, dressing area with mirror, carpeted floor, and a private ensuite head with stall shower.
The head features teak & holly flooring, a teak vanity with solid surface countertop and mirrored medicine cabinet doors, Dometic vacuum flush toilet and a large stall shower.

For AC electrical power aboard there are the following implemented systems; shore power inlets (3) 110V/30A with 50-foot cords, Westerbeke generator 8kW generator, and MagnaSign inverter. The 12VDC system is sourced through the house battery bank. One common power distribution panel is at the top of the stairway starboard side next to the pilothouse.
BEACH HOUSE’s propulsion is twin Cummins 66BTA 5.9 370HP marine diesel engines, matched with Hurth transmissions.
This foredeck area is accessed along side decks and is your working space when anchoring and provides another open-air relaxing haven. There are storage compartments near the settee.
