The 44's interior is beautiful, handcrafted teak in a satin finish combined with contemporary light walls & soft goods in the staterooms, and large salon and galley windows, creating a lovely open, warm and stylish living environment. One of the nice features of the interior is the design of the salon, galley and dining area. The galley is only a couple of steps down from the salon so when someone's in the galley they are still part of the conversations going on is the salon.
Salon
Warm, open and bright space with handcrafted teak cabinetry and nice carpeted flooring, serving bar from the galley, beverage center, large opening windows and dual entry doors; aft center from the sundeck and starboard helm sliding door.
Forward Stateroom
The forward stateroom features a large V-berth with filler cushion which creates a queen size berth. Features include a skylight, large handing locker, cabinet storage and an ensuite head.

Owners Stateroom
The owner's stateroom is located aft and features an island queen, light finished walls and cabinetry with creates a contemporary feel. Features include dual nightstands, hanging locker, cabinet and drawer storage, dressing mirror, headboard reading lights and dual escape transom hatches and an ensuite head with stall shower.

The galley and dining areas are just a few steps down and forward of the main salon. It's what we'd call a mezzanine design, which gives you the separation of your galley and salon without putting the families chef in the proverbial hole. The Tolly galley allows the chef to prepare meals and still be part of the fun! It also has a opening sling window for excellent ventilation and visibility.
Across from the galley is a large dinette that converts into a sleeping berth. The settee offers abundant storage, along with having a built-in freezer under the aft settee.
Dinette
The dinette is the face-to-face settee with the table in the middle and converts into a double berth. Features include built-in bulk and drawer storage, teak parquet flooring, reading/dining lights, floor storage and a window.
Electrical power is supplied via 125V/30 shore power inlet, an 8kw Westerbeke generator, a 2800-watt inverter/charger and the vessels 12VDC battery system. All electrical power is managed through the AC/DC power distribution panels located in the main salon.
Power is for the 44 Cockpit Motor Yacht is provided by a pair of Detroit 8.2L 250HP diesel engines, couple to TwinDisc MG502-1 transmissions. The engine room is well maintained with no oil or debris in the bilges.
Navigational equipment includes Garmin GPSMAP-5212, GPS, radar and autopilot, I-Com VHF radios & hailer, AIS transceiver and a Ritchie compasses.

The 44 CPMY offers wide side decks with stainless steel deck safety rails, making moving from the aft deck to fore deck safe and comfortable. Fore deck features include non-skid decks, bow pulpit with safety rails, skylight, Maxwell windlass and a Rocna anchor. Moving to the aft deck/sundeck, features include a factory hardtop and radar arch and a set of teak doors leading into the main salon and a small ladder to the cockpit. Just a few steps up from the sundeck is the flybridge, bridge features include a 3-sided enclosure, center forward helm station, dual captain's chairs, passenger settee and non-skid decking.

The cockpit is a nice feature and that is the main difference between the Tolly 40 Sundeck & the 44 Cockpit Motor Yacht. The cockpit features include a transom door which makes getting on and off the Tolly and loading gear onboard pretty easy and a great area to keep bicycles and adventure toys.
