Recent HistoryBrown Sugar was purchased by the current owner in 2010. Previously, the boat was located in Haverstraw, NY, which is brackish, not salt, water. Engine hours at the time of purchase was ~180 hours.A lot of upgrades were done in 2018 for a trip to the Bahamas in December 2018, returning to Toronto in June 2019. Cruising since then has been on the Great Lakes. Since its return in 2019, the upgrades continued and Brown Sugar is fully capable of returning south, or east, or wherever the new owner wants to disappear over the horizon.
