2012 Ranger Tug R-29 “CHAMELEON”

Distinctive green-hull R-29 with the classic Ranger Tug design and an excellent combination of cruising efficiency, maneuverability and comfort. Powered by a 260 HP Yanmar diesel with 700 hours, CHAMELEON cruises efficiently at approximately 6 knots/1.5 GPH or 8 knots/2 GPH, with a maximum speed of approximately 14 knots.
Side-Power bow and stern thrusters make docking and close-quarters maneuvering easy. The engine has been well maintained, including 500-hour coolant replacement in 2025, a new raw-water pump, and regular freshwater flushing after use.
COMFORTABLE CRUISING
The R-29 efficiently accommodates 4–5 with a forward double berth stateroom, convertible dinette and midship berth. The interior features a new mattress installed Spring 2026, updated dinette helm seat upholstery, pilot door, privacy curtains, Dometic wine cooler, Webasto diesel heat and two Majestic TVs.
The galley includes a Nova Kool 12V refrigerator, Princess LPG two-burner stove/oven, built in microwave, dual stainless sinks, hot/cold pressure water and updated faucet.
The head features a Tecma freshwater-flush toilet and all-in-one shower with lovely vanity and shower curtain.

Well equipped for cruising and fishing with cockpit bimini, sink, bait tank, raw-water washdown, Lenco trim tabs, Lewmar electric windlass, fiberglass bow pulpit and hidden retractable bow ladder. A walk-through transom with swim step and stainless staple rails adds convenience.
Also included is a West Marine 8' dinghy with oars.
