The flying bridge is enormous and incorporates a clean minimilistic design for the helm station and uncluttered space for guest to relax and enjoy the view.
This 84' NorthCoast cockpit motor yacht exudes an air of quality and refinement. The four stateroom accommodation arrangement with particularly sumptuous owner's and VIP guest staterooms, are tastefully furnished with clean and uncluttered design, and finished to superb standards by the best craftsmen.
There are some subtle changes from the standard 82' North coast. The bow was modified to make it appear more traditional, removing the pulpit that gave the 82' a distinctive look. Unobtrusive polished stainless-steel drains that run nearly the full length of the side decks replace the multiple scuppers. There is a large hatch in the cockpit to provide access to a big lazarette, large enough to store ll sorts of boat-related gear. The crew is treated to more space on the 84' in comparison to the 82'. Located aft and to starboard, the crew cabin has a double berth and a pullman, if needed. Opposite, there's a combination galley/work area containing a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven.
BROKER COMMENT:
Recent circumstances make this an excellent opportunity to purchase an outstanding American made motor yacht that is priced realistically to sell. Colosseum has been used very sparingly by the current owner and is ready for immediate use. The seller is considering a larger yacht and is serious and will consider all reasonable offers.
EXCLUSIONS:
Exclusions are to include but not limited to, owner & crew personal items or any other item aboard not listed on broker specifications. A detailed list of exclusions will be provided upon request.
