The UC 150 Yacht Support is not an evolution of existing support yachts. It is a complete shift in concept.

Based on the Spaceline 150 aluminium catamaran platform, this 45.60 metre vessel delivers the operational capability, usable volume and deck logistics of a 60 to 65 metre monohull, while clearly outperforming that format in efficiency, stability and flexibility.

The core advantage lies in the catamaran architecture. With a beam of 15.50 metres, the UC 150 YS offers exceptional transverse stability, resulting in virtually no heeling during lifting operations. This improves safety, precision and real-world operability for tenders, toys, stores, mission gear and helicopter support.

Combined with a shallow draft of only 2.20 metres, the vessel can work close to shorelines, access shallow waters and remote anchorages, and operate far closer to the coast or beach than many larger monohull support vessels.

Where traditional support yachts are limited by volume and layout, the UC 150 YS delivers a completely different scale of usable space: approximately 166 sqm of forward enclosed garage, approximately 195 sqm of open tender deck, and additional aft multipurpose garage capacity. In practical terms, this creates around 400 sqm plus of dedicated logistics and storage area for tenders, toys, vehicles and mission equipment, plus the helideck itself as additional deck storage if required.

This scale of space opens entirely new use cases. The vessel can be configured as a serious dive support platform, including use as a professional dive centre with portable decompression chamber, while still retaining the luxury and flexibility expected in the superyacht world.

A fully certified helicopter landing platform, D13 with 4,000 kg MTOW, enables efficient logistics and guest transfer. If the helideck is positioned at sundeck level, the arrangement unlocks a further 200 sqm plus of valuable bridge deck space, effectively creating another major operational and guest area.

One of the most important commercial advantages is the significantly lower operating cost compared with monohull support vessels. The efficient catamaran hull form reduces resistance and fuel consumption, making the UC 150 YS materially more economical over time, particularly in extended cruising, support and charter programmes.

The vessel is delivered in its base configuration with direct-drive propulsion, but can also be supplied with a bespoke Hybrid or the new revolutionary TRI-HYBRID propulsion system. In these configurations, Dynamic Positioning can be made available, allowing virtual anchoring and environmentally sensitive operations in protected areas and nature reserves.

As with all Spaceline Catamarans, the UC 150 Yacht Support will be delivered with a Commercial Yacht Certificate, ready for charter. As standard, she will be in compliance with Malta or Cayman Islands flag state requirements and Lloyd's Register, the most respected standards in the superyacht industry.

The professionally arranged bridge is designed around a fully integrated bridge control system, giving the vessel the operational capability expected from a serious support, explorer or mission platform.

Designed as a mission-configurable platform, the UC 150 YS can be tailored as a support yacht, explorer yacht, standalone luxury platform or multi-role operational vessel. The sundeck can be closed and converted into VIP accommodation, while with the sundeck open there is already space for a minimum of four guest cabins behind the bridge. Layout is fully custom to match each client's needs.

In simple terms, the UC 150 YS offers more space, more capability, lower operating cost and greater flexibility. It is not simply a support vessel. It is a platform.
