Dragonfly - Is a very well maintained Hanse 370e (Epoxy Construction) sailboat a must see if you are in the market for a nice 37 foot sailboat that looks fantastic and is easy to sail. She is finished in light grey awlgrip with teak laid cockpit that is just stunning - she is ready to go.
Step below on DRAGONFLY and you would never know you were on a boat that could race. The 370e has one of the most well-appointed interiors in her class. A massive galley, spacious settee, two cabin layout, head with separate shower... all put together with the quality that Hanse Yachts are known for. This is a yacht you can enjoy at the dock or on the hook after a great day of sailing.
The 370 is representative of the Hanse line. It started with ideas for a new Judel/Vrolijk construction, called "Schuddelfrost", a concept yacht based on a 371. She was a fantasy workshop and testing unit. We became 3rd over all in the Nord LB Baltic Spring Cup, 2nd at Gotland Runt to name only a few of our successes. "Schuddelfrost" validated our cross-over-concept: maximum beam, maximum speed and maximum living comfort.

Advantages of Epoxy as compared to other less expensive synthetic resins
1) Epoxy is able to withstand greater stresses and therefore makes for stronger hull and decks
2) Your Hanse'd composite hull is composed of fiberglass cloth and epoxy resins
3) Epoxy absorbs considerably less moisture than traditional resins - virtually eliminating Osmosis and Blistering
4) Epoxy is far less susceptible to fatigue or microcracking and will maintain the value of your Hanse for a long time to come
5) The much more stable Epoxy resins enable Hanse to build a boats that are up to 20% lighter than boats build using other resins
6) The hulls are hand laminated and cured under vacuum conditions
