Built in 2005, Elation is one of the last Cabo Rico 42s built. The Cabo Rico 42, designed by Chuck Paine, was awarded Sail Magazine's "ultimate bluewater boat" prize in 2000 and was named one of the top 10 best sailboats in the world -the only boat to meet their definition of an ultimate bluewater boat. Elation has been gently sailed, well maintained and fully equipped for bluewater cruising and is being offered by her second owners in time for the southern migration.
