The Master Stateroom is Aft and has a Centerline Queen Island Berth, with great storage and an Ensuite head that includes a Vacuflush Toilet and Stall Shower with a Bathtub! The Salon is accessed from the Aft Deck and joins the Sky Lounge Galley that includes Sub Zero Refrigerator and Freezer, Corian Countertops, and more. Her VIP has a Centerline Queen Island Berth and is located amidship via the port side hallway and also includes access to the forward head. The third stateroom is all they way forward and includes a over and under bunk. All the staterooms have abundant storage and are in fabulous condition.
*The owner has taken the time to replace ALL the liners in all the cabinets and lockers throughout the entire boat with a very high quality headliner material!! This was a very large endeavor!! The original material had a foam backing and after 20 years it becomes brittle and dry and begins to fail. So this has been done and we can just about guarantee that no other 453 has had this done!!
The Aft Deck is accessed from the Swim Platform by the integrated stairs, which is a very big deal if you are older, have children or grand children, have dogs or pets. In addition the flybridge is also accessed from the aft deck by integrated stairs as well. No ladders!!!
One huge highlight is that the flybridge has the factory hardtop as does the aft deck. Again, this is a very important option when shopping these boats because you don't have a Bimini Top that is destined to fail.
All the isinglass around the entire boat has been replaced and shows almost as new. In addition all of the hardtop lights have been changed over to multi color LED lights that should last for many, many years to come and also draw less electricity.
