Broker's Notes: My client has decided to step down to an express style cruiser and put his Grace Wins II up for sale. This wasn't an easy decision for him to make after 7 plus years of enjoyable ownership, not to mention a long list of recent investments into services and upgrades. My challenge will be to find him an express in above average condition that rivals this 406.

Carver has always been well known for their aft cabin vessels. The 405 Aft Cabin was introduced for 1997, and it immediately became a favorite among seasoned boaters. Carver introduced the 406 for the 1999 model year after making several improvements. Unfortunately for those who embrace classic and practical designs, Carver discontinued the 405/406 series in 2002 as they gravitated to new rounded style boats.

Many boaters find the 405/406 series to be the perfect size. Guests are likely not feel cramped and captains not overwhelm with size when docking. The enclosed aft deck can entertain 8 comfortably and the bridge has seating for 8 as well. There's good privacy between the two staterooms and the master features a full size walk-around island berth and private head. The galley is complete and the dinette is accommodating.

Grace Wins II is moored in a private marina, showings must be scheduled.
