Gracie May is a 2007 Beneteau 42 Swift Trawler offering the popular combination of traditional trawler styling, comfortable two-stateroom/two-head accommodations and the ability to cruise efficiently at displacement speeds or cover ground quickly when desired. Powered by twin Yanmar 6LYA-STP 370 HP diesel engines, she has a reported 20-knot cruising speed and 24-knot maximum speed.
Gracie May's layout incorporates a spacious cockpit, protected side decks, bright main cabin with salon, galley and lower helm, two private staterooms, two wet heads and a large flybridge with a second helm and generous entertaining area. Gracie May features a comfortable two-stateroom, two-head arrangement that provides excellent separation and privacy for owners and guests. The forward owner's stateroom includes a private ensuite wet head, while the guest stateroom is conveniently located across from the guest wet head.
When additional sleeping accommodations are needed, the salon settee converts to a double berth, expanding Gracie May's overnight accommodations for additional guests.
The main cabin encompasses the salon, galley and lower helm in one bright and open living space. Large side windows, the aft sliding glass door with retractable screen and expansive forward windshield provide excellent natural light and visibility. The sole is beautiful teak and holly with carpet coverings throughout.
Salon
A large U-shaped settee occupies the starboard side of the salon and provides storage beneath while also converting to an additional berth when needed. A large hi-lo expandable hardwood dining table creates a comfortable dining and entertaining area.
Along the port side, hardwood cabinetry provides considerable storage while maintaining the traditional warm interior character of the Swift Trawler.

Lower Helm
The lower helm is positioned forward to starboard and provides excellent visibility through the expansive windshield and surrounding windows. A side-deck access door allows the operator to move directly from the helm to the starboard walkway, particularly useful when docking or handling lines.

Portlights, an overhead hatch and lighting keep the space bright, while reading lights provide additional illumination at the berth. Shelving, hanging storage and hardwood cabinetry provide ample storage for extended cruising. The sole is teak and holly with carpeted covers. The stateroom also offers private access to the ensuite wet head.
