Upon entering the companionway there are four large steps to the cabin sole. To starboard of the companionway is the "U" shaped galley with double stainless sink, two burner propane stove, oven and refrigerated ice box. Dedicated dish storage is above the ice box and a deep dry hold is to the right of the sinks. The galley is an easy reach to the cockpit for serving under way, and is a safe place for the cook to work.
To port of the companionway is the entrance to the aft cabin with athwartships bunk, cubbies for storage and a cedar lined hanging locker.
The salon is light and bright, with ultraleather cushions, aft facing nav station and Island Packet's signature bulkhead mounted table.
Moving forward, at the aft end of the port settee is another hanging locker, and to starboard is the guest's entrance to the head.
The head has a hot and cold shower, sink and vanity and marine head.
Continuing forward is the owner's cabin, featuring a pullman style bunk, dressing seat, cubbies and another cedar lined hanging locker.
Everywhere on the boat is storage. Under the beds, under the settee's, behind the settee's, cavernous cockpit lockers and just everywhere you look. It's one of the marks of a boat that is designed for long distance travel, as well as an overnight on the Bay.
Gypsy's interior is beautiful. Her interior teak is in great shape and she's squeaky clean. You could just move your things on board and cast off.
Gypsy's cockpit is comfortable and safe, and her decks are wide and afford secure footing and hand holds the entire way to the bow. She has outstanding canvas which will be addressed under a separate heading.
Gypsy has a full cockpit enclosure with dodger, bimini, connecting panel to offer three season comfort and freedom from those pesty bugs. Also, she has grab rails on the exterior of the dodger to ensure safe handholds.
Gypsy has all lines led aft and single line reefing. Her split rig offers versatility in nasty weather.
Gypsy has full 12V and 110V systems, and with her solar system, can stay at anchor for an extended period of time.
Gypsy's owners always use a carbon filter to remove chlorine before going into the tank.
Gypsy is being sold with all gear onboard included....with the exception of the artwork in the salon. It is a print of a turtle that will be removed before sale.
