Hotty Toddy Boat | 54' Sea Ray 2014

2014 Sea Ray 540 Sundancer – New Pods | Captain Maintained | Turnkey

This 2014 Sea Ray 540 Sundancer is a well-kept, captain-maintained yacht that stands out for condition, care, and upkeep. Powered by twin Cummins QSC 8.3 diesels, this boat delivers the performance, reliability, and ride quality the 540 Sundancer is known for—now enhanced with new pod drives, a significant and valuable upgrade.

Key Highlights

New pod drives – major recent investment improving handling, reliability, and owner confidence
Captain maintained – professionally cared for, not a lightly used dock queen
Cummins QSC 8.3 diesels with approximately 1,400 hours
Joystick docking and excellent low-speed maneuverability
Spacious cockpit with ample seating and wet bar for entertaining
Centerline helm with excellent visibility and social layout
Full-beam master stateroom plus VIP and guest accommodations
High-quality Sea Ray interior fit and finish throughout

The 540 Sundancer offers a comfortable and practical layout both inside and out. The cockpit is ideal for cruising and entertaining, while the interior provides generous headroom, natural light, and multiple staterooms suitable for family or guests. Sea Ray’s proven hull design delivers a smooth, confident ride in a wide range of conditions.

This boat has not been neglected or deferred—routine maintenance and system care have been handled consistently by a professional captain, making it a strong option for buyers who want a vessel that’s ready to be used immediately rather than worked on.

With the addition of new pods, this 540 represents a rare opportunity to own a late-model Sea Ray with one of the biggest mechanical concerns already addressed.

A clean, upgraded, and professionally maintained 540 Sundancer that’s ready for her next owner.
