3/25 Two new Raymarine mfd chart plotters, one Axiom one 90, new Raymarine wind instrument.

DECK GEAR:
- CRC 64k anchors 200ft chain rode.- Snubber quick latch and twin 20ft lines.- Danforth anchor with 150ft 3/4 rope rode.- In swim platform lockers 15-20 extra dock lines, long and shorter plus locker full of misc extra lines. center locker handy pull out and down swim ladder.
- Handy hot and cold spray off fresh water shower.Cockpit step up locker dingy oars and lp grill, with four medium fenders. 3 large fenders, 4-6 new black fender covers in main lazarette locker, 2 quick release fender clips in under master bed drawer.
- Convenient Lift up helm seats to accommodate rear deck fishing and dingy boarding. Extra cushions for higher pilot driving as well as throwable pfd and rail mount teathered rescue collar.
- All cockpit snap on cushions with backs, large array of cock pit pillows.
- All winch, helm and tabletop canvass covers and two zip on canvass splash side panels.

HULL:
- 3/25 Haul out inspection of hull with video, pressure washed by Panhandle Marine Panama - City Fl, hand scraped and brushed hull, replaced saildrive shaft anode and 3 blade flexfold prop anodes (2).
- 2/25 Every six weeks hull service and report by Andru Hollinger Diving Service Panama City.
- 3/25 Current hull clean yields 6+kts at 2000 rpm at 1 gal/ hr. Yanmar diesel 75 hp, redline at 8.3 kts.

RIGGING AND SAIL (PERFECT CONDITIONS)  
- 3/25 Professionally reworked code zero 150% at Sail Time buford Ga, and Furler greased.
- 3/25 Additional New 2/100% foresail sheets.
- 3/25 All rigging inspected on deck and up mast.- 3/25 Reworked Bimini and Dodger with new glass including wrinkle adjustable velcro- Dodger glass connection.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS:- Icemaker.- Refrigerator.
- Freezer.

AIR CONDITIONING:
- Three zone water chiller system Dometic (18000 BTU Salon Unit + 6000 BTU Master Cabin + 6000 BTU for guest and twin cabin)

TANKS:
- 3/25 Both 100g fuel tanks fuel cycle filtered externally before filling, extra fuel additive on board to continue a six week additive schedule, current fuel needs additive.
- 4/25 Two 20g black water tanks cleaned and sanitized.
- 11/24 Three 50g water tanks convenient switch installed above freezer no more crawling down the hatch to switch tanks.

BATTERIES / CHARGER/ INVERTER:
- 7/24 New house and thruster batteries, new 3/25 new starter batteries,all batteries carry assignable 3 year warranty.
- 2/25 new Renogy inverter under dinette couch by lounger with off on button below on support. Turn off when 110 is not needed as it draws battery power, house batteries are charged through this by either shore generator or engine.
- Three independent chargers are below nav station for thruster, house and starter batteries
- 110v busbar access below right nav station table- 7/24 new house batteries with three gallons of extra distilled water.- 3/25 Step floor boards access new starter batteries.
- Inverter display next to 12v control panel.

SOUND/ VISUAL ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS:- Speaker JL Audio (Cockpit)- TV Salon- Bose music system, fade salon to cockpit


DINGY/ TROLLING MOTOR:
PVC 9,6 6 man Brie dingy.Newport NV-Series Thrust Saltwater Transom mounted trolling electric motor.

MECHANICAL:
- 3/25 All fluids, belts, impellers and filters with spares for engine, sail-drive and generator replaced.
- 3 blade Flexfold prop, after sails are set and engine off place in reverse to fold.
- 3/25 Engine raw water pump screen under stairs cleaned.
- Onan Cummins Generator ndkbj 7.5kW ****ONLY 400 HRS****
