"JUS CHILL’N" is an impressive 84’ Cheoy Lee Bravo 2012 that has been well-maintained. Starting aft on the transom you'll find the TNT lift which holds a 15' ZAR tender with 90HP outboard. The spacious factory built cockpit has an aquarium style livewell, chilled storage, and a prep station. This area can be shaded by adding a canopy and really compliment this space and close to the water for swimming and boating activities .
Forward up molded stairs (port and starboard) is the aft deck with one of the three dining spaces with a teak table, built in seating aft, and folding teak chairs. To port, there is a walk-up bar with refrigerator and stairs to the flybridge to starboard.
A sliding glass and stainless aft deck door leads to the main salon with plenty of comfortable and a large LED TV starboard. Forward in the salon is a round dining table to port and a full-service bar to starboard. Further forward on the main deck is a full galley with stainless appliances to port, a day head, and a spiral staircase down to the master stateroom and king guest stateroom. All the way forward on the main deck is a staircase down to the VIP queen stateroom.
The flybridge can be accessed from either the staircase at the aft deck or a spiral staircase forward in the main salon. The flybridge features an air-conditioned helm, three-sided EZC2Y enclosure, two helm chairs, settee with table to port and a bar with four stools to starboard. Aft is a gas BBQ grill and a large open deck for setting up chairs and entertaining.
The crew quarters and engine room are accessed via a center-line transom door in the cockpit. From there, you first enter the crew area with one stateroom to stbd (2 berths) and separate head to port. Further forward is the engine room maintained to yacht quality standards and featuring twin Caterpillar C-32 Acert engines, twin 32kw Kohler generators and many more "big yacht" options.
