Just Right Boat | 31' Sea Ray 2010

2010 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer

Freshwater example with only three owners since new, all based in the Chicago area. Stored in heated indoor storage during the winter and professionally maintained. This boat has been exceptionally well cared for and is in excellent condition. Equipped with bow and stern thrusters, generator, air conditioning, and numerous factory options, owner upgrades, and extensive service history.

The cockpit is remarkably versatile, with a rotating helm seat, configurable companion seating, and an aft lounge that quickly converts into a large sunpad. Below deck, the convertible dinette creates an additional lounge or sleeping area, while the forward V-berth converts into a massive berth for overnight stays. An additional aft mid-cabin berth provides comfortable accommodations for guests. A removable cockpit TV adds another thoughtful touch, making this one of the most innovative and intelligently engineered 31-foot express cruisers in its class.
