HULL & DECK:

• Awlgripped off white hull 2021/2022.
• Hull #45.
• Bottom blasted and 5 coats Epoxy added (12 years ago in Trinidad).

• 2021 toe rail and eyebrow completely stripped and refinished.

• Repowered in 2018 Beta 30 - Kubota block diesel with 940 hours since repower as of 7/5/26, 3 cylinder, FWC.

ELECTRICAL:

• 2 lead acid Group 27's, house batteries.
• 1-12V lead acid start battery.
• Victron regulator and monitoring device.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

• A well sized vee berth with filler n the bow provides a comfortable sleeping area for two, with ample headroom (about 6.25 ft).
• The main salon features portside settee that is a double berth, allowing for three people to sleep to port in the salon; the starboard side has a single settee berth; drop leaf teak table between.
• A compact but functional galley is located to port and is designed for efficiency during extended cruising, with adequate storage for provisions and cooking gear.  
• Galley has two S/S sinks; ice box; 2 burner LPG stove and oven; numerous lockers.  
• Enclosed head to port with manual head and sink; cold shower (Hot water heater is removed presently).
• A dedicated navigation station providing space for charting and monitoring systems is located aft to starboard.
