LA BELLA VITA has been consistently updated and maintained, with significant improvements completed over the past several years. A comprehensive 2021–2022 refit included a full Garmin electronics package, a completely redesigned interior, and a rebuilt galley. More recent additions include Starlink internet, in-duct air purification, and continued mechanical and cosmetic updates that keep the yacht in well maintained condition.
One of her defining features is the innovative aft beach club. At the push of a button, the transom lowers and the aft garage opens to create a private waterfront entertaining space complete with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, ice maker, seating, and underwater lighting. It's a feature typically found on substantially newer and larger yachts, adding both functionality and appeal.
Accommodations include four staterooms for up to eight guests, highlighted by a full-beam master suite with dual en-suite heads, a forward VIP, and two mirrored guest cabins. Separate crew quarters comfortably accommodate three.
Powered by twin MTU 16V2000 diesel engines, LA BELLA VITA reaches a top speed of 28 knots and cruises comfortably at 12.5 knots. Dual 23kW Kohler generators and a SeaKeeper 26 gyro stabilizer provide reliable onboard systems and added comfort both underway and at anchor.
The yacht is offered for sale only because her owners are moving to a larger vessel, presenting a rare opportunity to acquire a well-maintained, extensively updated yacht that is ready for immediate use.

Step aboard at the transom and the first thing you encounter is the boat's signature feature: a hydraulic transom that lowers to reveal the Cabana, a private beach club at swim platform level with a large-screen TV, refrigerator, ice maker, stereo, sofa, and chairs — underwater lighting extends the space well into the evening. Teak tread steps rise port and starboard to the aft deck, where a dining table seats up to eight in front of a forward-facing bench, with a mounted TV and walkaround access to both amidship doors and the foredeck beyond.
Large sliding glass and stainless doors open from the aft deck into the salon, laid out with an L-shaped sofa and ottoman to port and a bar/entertainment setup to starboard — under-counter refrigerator, wine storage, and a lifted large-screen TV. Faux wood flooring runs continuously through the salon and into the galley forward, which was rebuilt top to bottom in the 2021–2022 refit. A round dining table seats six on the centerline, and what was once a stairway to the flybridge has been closed in and rebuilt as a custom bar with its own ice maker, wine cooler, and coffee maker. Two steps up from the galley puts you in the pilothouse, with a full electronics suite, dedicated helm, and a dinette that converts to a single berth.
Below, a stairwell just aft of the galley leads to the stateroom hallway. The full-beam master sits amidship with a king berth and dual en-suite heads; forward of it, two mirrored guest staterooms offer twin berths each with its own en-suite; and the VIP forward has a centerline queen with en-suite head. Crew quarters sit aft and separate, accommodating three with their own head and laundry, keeping crew traffic out of the guest areas entirely.
Up top, the flybridge is reached via teak steps from the aft deck, where a Balboa Jacuzzi, dual grills, a dinette, and a full secondary helm station make it as much a second living space as a command position. Forward, the foredeck offers a sun pad, twin anchor windlasses, and walkaround access from either side deck — quiet, private space well removed from the entertaining areas aft
Mirrored layout, forward of the master on both sides:
A second living space as much as a command station. The flybridge centers on a Jacuzzi with hard cover and hidden surrounding storage, flanked by dual grills — an electric unit built into the cabinetry and a freestanding Weber propane — plus a custom sun pad forward on the starboard side (formerly a companionway, professionally closed in for lounging). A Besenzoni electric/hydraulic davit handles the RIB tender, and a full secondary helm puts every system on the boat within reach without leaving the party.
